As an independently operated, full-service marina, we are committed to delivering A+ customer service. We are a true destination marina—you can travel to our marina by sea, land, or air, as Martin Airport in Middle River, MD is only 1 mile away. Long Beach Marina is a popular destination for boaters from Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Washington, DC, and northern Virginia, and we’d love to have you join our family of boaters.

Slip Info & Rates
Our boat slips are leased on an annual basis, from April 1st to March 31st of the following year. Our protected marina is maintained at 8’ MLW, and we monitor VHF Marine Channel 69. Our slip and dockage facilities have space for more than 300 boats and can easily accommodate vessels up to 100 feet. Our gas dock provides refueling services for both gasoline and diesel-powered vessels, and we can safely fuel jet skis and smaller craft.
Annual Slip Rental Rates Include:
- Full access to Long Beach Marina and all its amenities
- Free Wi-Fi access
- Secure gated parking lot
- 24-hour security video cameras for the boat piers and all areas of the marina
- Clean, updated restrooms, laundry, and shower facilities
- Pool and gym access
- Access to water at every slip, and much more.
Our slips are labeled Pier A through Pier E and include three types of piers:
- Wooden fixed piers: (A, C & D Piers)
- New concrete pier: (Pier B)
- Wooden fixed lift pier: (Pier E)
Yearly Rates for Wooden Fixed Piers (Pier A, C & D):
$88 per foot
Yearly Rates for Electric Lift Slips (Pier E):
- 12,000lb: $4,375
- 15,000lb: $4,915
- 20,000lb: $5,460
- 25,000lb: $5,950
Yearly Rates for Brand New Concrete Floating Pier Slips (Pier B):
- Up to 28’: $3,825
- 29′ to 38’: $4,805
- 39′ to 48′: $5,570
- 49′ to 60′: $7,210
- 70′ to 100′: $8,080
NOTE: A deposit of $500 is required to reserve a slip.
NOTE: Each slip has a dedicated meter for 30/50 amp electric. Slip holders are charged for electric accordingly.
